microprocessor
The microprocessor is a chip (IC) that works with the program. The microprocessor functions as a controller or processor is the principal in an electronic circuit. The microprocessor also called the CPU (Central Processing Unit).
The workings of a microprocessor is directed to a program in machine language code that was entered first into a memory. In the minimal microprocessor consists of digital circuits, registers, arithmetic logic processing, sequential circuits.

Intel microprocessors are very popular, because it is used on personal computers (Personal Computer) of IBM. Company Intel has great power in terms of microprocessor marketing around the 1970's with 8080 and 8085 chips. Then sometime in the 1980s, Intel produces microprocessors based on a series of new architectural designs. The cornerstone of the new microprocessor is the microprocessor 8086, which externally can handle 20-bit address and 16 bits of data. Then there are some other microprocessors more efficient, which uses the same architecture, namely 80186, 80286, 80386.80486.
