Information Technology (IT), or in English known as Information Technology (IT) is a general term that describes any technology that helps people in creating, modifying, storing, communicating and / or disseminate information. IT brings together high-speed computing and communications for data, voice, and video. Examples of Information Technology is not only a personal computer, but also telephone, TV, electronic household appliances, and modern handheld devices (eg mobile phones). [3] Some modern and emerging areas of information technology is the next generation of web technologies, bioinformatics,''''Cloud Computing, the global information systems, large scale knowledge base and others.IT is a field of technology management and includes a variety of areas including but not limited to such things as processes, computer software, information systems, computer hardware, programming languages, and data construction. In short, what makes the data, information or knowledge that is felt in any visual format, through any mechanism multimedia distribution, are considered part of IT. IT provides the business with four sets of core services to help run the business strategy: business process automation, providing information, connecting with customers, and productivity tools.TI perform various functions (IT Discipline / Competence) from installing applications to designing computer networks and information databases. Some tasks might include doing IT data management, networking, engineering computer hardware, database and software design, as well as management and administration of the overall system. Information technology began to spread further than conventional personal computer and network technology, and more into the integration of other technologies such as the use of mobile phones, televisions, cars, and many more, which increases the demand for jobs.In the past, the (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) and the Association for computing machinery have collaborated to form accreditation and curriculum standards [4] for the program degrees in Information Technology as a field of study compared to [5] with the Computer Science and Information Systems.
